Scope of the service

Motorista currently provides a pre-registration experience that records interest from vehicle owners and TVDE drivers, verifies their accounts, and shares information about service launch.

Pre-registration does not guarantee acceptance, a match, vehicle availability, work, income, or a specific launch date.

Your account

You must provide accurate information that belongs to you and keep your email account and verification codes secure. When you continue with Google, that provider’s terms may also apply.

Tell us at hello@motorista.club if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, send harmful code, or generate automated requests that interfere with the service.

We may restrict access that appears abusive when needed to protect the service, its users, or Motorista.

Communications

We may send messages necessary for account security, verification, and service status. We provide a separate choice for optional promotional communication and a way to withdraw that choice.

Third-party services

Trusted third parties may provide authentication, email delivery, hosting, and similar functions. Their own terms and policies may apply to the parts of their services that you use directly.

Intellectual property

The Motorista name, logo, images, text, and software belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or use them misleadingly without prior written permission.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the pre-registration service secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or consequences caused by relying only on pre-registration.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. We show the new date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
