Delete your account
Request deletion of your Motorista account and data associated with it. You can make this request even if you cannot sign in.

How to request deletion
Email administrator@motorista.club from the address registered to your Motorista account. Use the subject “Motorista account deletion” and say that you want your Motorista account and associated data deleted. If you cannot use the registered address, tell us which account the request concerns and how we can contact you to verify it. Do not send identity documents in your first email.
What happens next
A responsible person opens a manual case, verifies account ownership, and reviews the account and profile, uploaded documents and their private storage objects, authentication access, sensitive-field vault entries, and linked events and consent records for removal or anonymisation. This is not an instant automated deletion. Financial transactions, invoices, payment evidence, and immutable statement snapshots may need to remain if a separate legal or accounting review finds an applicable obligation or other legitimate reason. We will respond with the result, identify any retained categories and reasons, state their retention periods or the criteria used to determine them, and explain any remaining steps.
Where records form part of a statutory accounting or invoice archive, we apply the applicable 10-year legal retention period unless a special legal period applies. For records covered by Article 52 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA), this is the 10 calendar years following the relevant year. This rule does not apply to all account information, identity documents, analytics records or other uploaded files.
